Denali National Park is hands down the most pristine place I
have ever visited. In the “Last Frontier”
grand slams involve brown bear, moose, Daal sheep and caribou rather than
sports. In addition to a grand slam,
there were even sights of Mt. McKinley breaking through the clouds!
I would argue that these pictures do not fully show how beautiful, deep and colorful the landscape was.
It took over 5 hours traveling on the one-lane road through
the park to reach the final destination: Wonder Lake. The lake views made all the time spent on the road and at the various stops along the way completely worth it.
I could really get used to spending my days surrounded by the beauty of nature and returning to this lakefront view!
