A bunch of girlfriends and I headed to the Tulalip Casino for an outdoor concert of epic 90s proportions to celebrate a friend's birthday! There was amazing people watching (sometimes it was hard to tell whether people were trying to mimic their 90s selves or whether their overalls were just really outdated) and even better music...perfect for singing along with and dancing to!
The main event was Boyz II Men, but Salt-n-Pepa and En Vogue opened up the event with some solid hits, plenty of attitude and an abundance of sequins.
By the time Boyz II Men hit the stage, we were impatiently waiting to hear all our favorites. I took video, which isn't amazing, but is totally worth sharing because you get to not only hear some sing-along action, but the bobbing heads of the audience as they slow dance with one another. My favorite Boyz II Men song? 4 Seasons of Loneliness!
But of course the night would not have been complete without some of the classic favorites of "On Bended Knee" and "I'll Make Love to You"....these boyz have definitely still got it!
