Healthy, Fresh and Zingy

I headed back to my favorite cooking school near South Lake Union to learn some new “Healthy, Fresh and Zingy” recipes.  We learned how to make a red and yellow pepper soup, sesame encrusted tuna and mango salsa.  I can’t wait to make all the recipes on my own!

About Me

Maria
My adventures have taken me around the city I call home (Seattle), throughout the Pacific Northwest, across the country and even to other parts of the world. With each adventure, I try to take away some new piece of information, which is where this blog comes in. This will serve as a platform to help me remember the places I've gone, the people I've met and the "nuggets of knowledge" that make me the person I am.
