My adventure this weekend took my tastebuds to the country of Morocco without even leaving Seattle! I took a great cooking class and learned all about the Moroccan culture and all the different spices used in the cooking (many of which are not available here, so improvising is needed). The food was delicious and I already have plans to prepare the dishes on my own!
